All tenents must meet the following requirements;
1. Work in a field related to graphic, print, web or digital design.
2. Must be self employed while at the workspace.
3. Must be able to accept and encourage the success of others
4. Respectful of the right to privacy of the other tenents
5. Be a positive influence on other members of the co-op.
6. Enjoy their line of work.
